By creating an agency account on Travelista Tours, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the platform.
To register as an agency you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid contact person, business address, and any applicable licenses (e.g. KPK/LN, Company Registration, MCTL). Supplying false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Any license numbers you provide must be accompanied by a matching, legible supporting document. Documents are reviewed for verification purposes and may be rejected if incomplete, expired, or fraudulent.
Any fees associated with agency services will be communicated separately and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the platform.
The platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
