Terms governing the relationship between your agency and Routes and Journey Tours.
This agreement establishes the terms under which your agency ("Agent") may book travel services through Routes and Journey Tours Sdn. Bhd. ("Company"). By registering, you acknowledge that you are acting as an independent agent and not as an employee or partner of the Company.
Commission rates are agreed upon at the time of agent activation and may be revised with written notice. The Agent agrees not to publish or resell tour packages at prices lower than those provided by the Company without prior written consent.
All bookings must be submitted through the official platform. The Agent is responsible for collecting payments from end-customers and remitting them to the Company according to the payment schedule specified for each tour. Late payments may result in suspension of booking privileges.
The Agent is responsible for ensuring that all passenger information, including passport details, is accurate and submitted within the deadlines specified by the Company. The Company is not liable for visa rejections or travel disruptions caused by incomplete or inaccurate documentation.
The Agent agrees to keep all Company pricing, supplier contracts, and proprietary systems confidential. This obligation survives termination of this agreement.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the Agent must settle all outstanding balances and return or destroy all confidential materials.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Kuala Lumpur.
